KHUSHII is a non-profit organization established in 2003 by Cricket legend Kapil Dev. It focuses on uplifting underprivileged children, women, and vulnerable families across India, impacting over 5 lakh lives.

**Job Title:** Manager – Corporate Partnerships  

**Experience Required:** 6-8 years in the NGO sector with a focus on sales and marketing.  

**Education:** Postgraduate or MBA in Sales and Marketing is essential.  

**Duties & Responsibilities:**  

– Lead corporate fundraising and marketing initiatives, focusing on large deals through lead generation and customization.  

– Achieve financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances.  

– Innovate and implement new initiatives using CRM, PRG, and partnerships with intermediaries.  

– Write proposals and process grant applications end-to-end.  

– Forge institutional partnerships by submitting innovative proposals.  

**Skills Required:**  

– Strong interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.  

– Excellent communication and presentation abilities.  

– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

**Salary:** Rs.7-8 lac per annum
