**Job Location:**  

Delhi & Mumbai  

**Experience Required:**  

– Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a strong focus on the NGO sector.  

– Proven track record in fundraising, corporate partnerships, and marketing initiatives.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. Achieve fundraising targets by leading corporate fundraising and marketing initiatives in assigned areas, focusing on large deals through lead generation, customization, and best fitment.  

2. Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.  

3. Lead innovations and new initiatives using CRM, PRG, and empanelment with reputed intermediaries.  

4. Write proposals and process grant applications from start to finish.  

5. Forge institutional partnerships by submitting innovative proposals in collaboration with the Head of Corporate Partnerships, Programme, and Finance Department.  

**Desired Specifications:**  

– **Education:** Postgraduate/MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing.  

– **Knowledge:** Must have knowledge of the NGO sector.  

– **Skills and Knowledge:** Strong interpersonal and networking skills, negotiation, influencing, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent proficiency in Office IT packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
