Job Description
This is a remote position.

We are looking for someone passionate about promoting a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among corporate employees. Handling volunteering interventions of our corporate partners. The individual is responsible to manage relationships & events execution with our corporate partners with the support of Team. Our ideal candidate is someone who manages multiple stakeholders, event operations, and a bunch of enthusiastic team members who can communicate effectively and has a passion for volunteering. 

Primary Responsibilities include:

Leading the operations and scaling up the Corporate volunteering (CV) events and projects.

Direct and support both CV Implementation teams and National programme teams to achieve the organization’s Key results.

Manage internal and external deliverables

Support team in development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Catalogue, Monthly mailers, Concept notes, Programme flow and related documents.

Managing key stakeholders from sectoral ministries, Forest department, etc.

Presenting Bhumi CV’s portfolio to new and potential corporate partners.

Design customized Monitoring and Evaluation processes and tools. 

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

Any graduate

Holding a Master’s in Business Administration will be an advantage.

For a Manager – overall 8-12 years with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Volunteering and Donor management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Exposure and knowledge of project execution and management preferred. Good academic profile.

Conversant with basic computer operations and social media – proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent communication skills written and oral with command over languages like English & Hindi. Any other language is an added asset.

Operations expert, proposal writing, Pre-sales team of service industry or corporate volunteering delivery experience is a MUST.

Possess the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. 

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, external partners and donors

Reporting Manager: Associate Director

Scope: Full Time

Designation: Assistant Manager to Manager (Based on candidate experience)

Remuneration: Based on the candidate’s profile

Expected Joining Date: Immediate

Minimum commitment: Two Years
