**Job Location:** Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Delhi NCR. This is a remote position with frequent local and outstation travel.

**Experience Required:** Minimum 7 years’ experience in management consulting, CSR/impact consulting, business strategy, or project management roles.

**Job Description:**

Give Grants, a division of Give, empowers large Indian corporations and foundations to maximize their social impact. We partner with over 100 companies and grantmakers, providing consulting services, operational support, and technology platforms to streamline their giving processes.

The CSR Services team manages all client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.  Our services encompass strategy and program design, partner identification, KPI mapping, on-ground monitoring and evaluation, and impact portfolio management. We also assist clients in utilizing our CSR management tech platform.

As Manager, CSR Consulting, you will:

* **Manage a portfolio of client engagements**, ensuring high-quality delivery and leading stakeholder presentations.

* **Coordinate with NGO partners and client stakeholders** for timely project completion.

* **Collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.**

* **Stay updated on CSR ecosystem developments** and social development trends to guide clients.

* **Develop thought leadership content** (reports, articles, podcasts) for internal and external use.

* **Collaborate with clients to develop impact roadmaps** and design/restructure programs for measurable, sustainable impact.

* **Manage project scope, time, and resources effectively.**

* **Own client relationships**, driving revenue growth (renewals and expansions) and improving delivery margins.

* **Support pre-sales efforts** by developing high-quality proposals and collateral.

* **Manage a team of up to 3 associates**, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements:**

* Graduate/postgraduate degree from a top-tier institute.  A background in sociology, social work, economics, development studies, or related fields is a plus but not essential.

* Strong understanding of the Indian CSR ecosystem and relevant regulations (preferred, but not essential).

* Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with senior executives.

* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written).

* Proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides).

* Genuine interest in social impact and commitment to ethical practices.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
