**Job Description: Manager – CSR Programs**  

**Location:** Bengaluru (Karnataka)  

**Salary:** INR 8.4 LPA-10.8 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

**About the Role:**  

The Manager – CSR Programs will oversee and manage CSR initiatives, collaborating with clients to design and implement sustainable social responsibility projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in CSR trends, project management, and driving positive social change.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– **Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Development:** Identify and map potential government agencies, NGOs, academic institutions, and corporates aligned with BharatCares’ programs. Build relationships with municipal bodies, industry departments, and rural development agencies. Develop partnerships to support program implementation.

– **Program Management & Implementation:** Conceptualize and execute education, skill development, and livelihood programs. Manage end-to-end project execution, including onboarding learners and ensuring quality outcomes. Monitor progress through assessments, reporting, and field visits. Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.

– **Strategic Planning & Proposal Development:** Identify strategic areas, develop proposals, and conduct research to support policy-making. Draft project proposals, budgets, and MoUs for engagement with donors and government bodies. Present program models and reports to stakeholders.

– **Team Management & Capacity Building:** Lead a team of 8-10 members, ensuring effective coordination and performance management. Guide and mentor team members to enhance efficiency and productivity. Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

– **Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance:** Maintain MIS, dashboards, and records in alignment with reporting standards. Track program data and stakeholders involved. Conduct periodic impact assessments and submit reports to donors, government agencies, and internal teams.

 

**Key Skills & Competencies:**  

– Strong understanding of CSR programs, education, skill development, and livelihood initiatives.

– Knowledge of government schemes, policies, and the CSR ecosystem.

– Experience in corporate partnerships, donor engagement, and stakeholder management.

– Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.

– Strong team management and leadership abilities.

– Proficiency in data management, reporting, and impact assessment tools.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

 

**Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:**  

– Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.

– 4-7 years of experience in CSR program management, partnerships, or impact-driven initiatives.

– Prior experience working with government agencies, corporates, or NGOs is an advantage.

– Willingness to travel for project implementation and stakeholder engagement.

– Ability to speak Kannada.
