**Job Title:** Manager – Delegate Acquisition

**Job Location:** Noida
**Experience Required:** 7+ years of experience in delegate acquisition, event marketing, or a similar role. A proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining delegates for large-scale events is essential.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* **Delegate Identification and Targeting:** Identify and prioritize target audiences for each event, develop comprehensive delegate profiles, and utilize market research and data analysis to identify potential delegates.
* **Delegate Acquisition Strategies:** Develop and implement effective delegate acquisition strategies (email marketing, direct mail, social media campaigns, telemarketing), create compelling marketing materials, and leverage digital marketing tools.
* **Relationship Building and Management:** Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (senior industry leaders, potential sponsors, partners), engage with potential delegates through personalized communication, and address delegate inquiries.
* **Event Promotion and Marketing:** Collaborate with the marketing team on event marketing plans, identify promotion opportunities, and monitor event registration and attendance trends.
* **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Track and analyze key metrics (conversion rates, registration numbers, delegate demographics), generate performance reports, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
**Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in delegate acquisition, event marketing, or a similar role.
* Proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining delegates for large-scale events.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, Canva/PPT, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
* Expertise in email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
* Proficiency in using CRM software.
* Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform decision-making.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to identify and resolve challenges effectively.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Strong negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
**Success Measures:**
* Achieving agreed-upon delegate revenue targets.
* Increasing the number of non-tech and non-member companies as clients.
