**Job Description:**
Bhumi seeks a Manager of Digital Fundraising to oversee the growth of digital fundraising and community engagement programs. This role will provide leadership for retail fundraising and engagement activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support fundraising across the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
* Grow retail fundraising by acquiring new donors and engaging existing donors to increase their support and contributions.
* Engage with volunteers to educate and inspire them to fundraise for the organization.
* Manage relationships with online fundraising platforms.
* Craft compelling stories that connect Bhumi’s impact with donor passions, transforming data and program insights into engaging narratives.
* Oversee donor operations, including receipts and communications.
**Qualifications:**
* At least five years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or fundraising.
* Experience working with volunteers and in the development sector is preferred.
* Reasonable understanding of the non-profit sector and donor management.
* Strong understanding of online fundraising and current fundraising trends.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and fundraising platforms.
* Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders (donors, staff, and volunteers).
* Skill in creating donor-centric, impactful stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Highly resourceful team player, able to work effectively independently.
* Forward-thinking, actively seeking opportunities and proposing solutions.

**Compensation:** 9LPA – 16LPA (Based on candidate profile)
