## Job Description: Manager, Digital Marketing
**About The/Nudge Institute:**
The/Nudge is an action institute dedicated to building resilient livelihoods and alleviating poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals, and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, partnering with over 15 central and state governments.
Our economic inclusion journey has reached 10 states, impacting 1.25 million people with $250 million in government funding. **Job Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
**Job Type:** Full Time
**Experience Required:** 5-7 years of work experience in performance marketing
**Responsibilities:**
* **Planning and Execution:**
* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging martech tools like Hubspot, Clevertap, or Moengage.
* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
* **Data Analysis and Insights:**
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
* Continuously refine and improve campaign targeting, creative, and messaging based on A/B testing, performance data, and user feedback.
* **Learner Mindset:**
* Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising.
* Demonstrate a willingness to understand the sector and work with various stakeholders to create successful marketing campaigns.
**Qualifications:**
* A bachelor’s degree in any subject.
* Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to plan and execute projects independently.
