RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting optimization & growth of key digital channels and assets for HelpAge India:

➢ Website

➢ Social Media (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Insta & YouTube)

➢ Mail Chimp, SendIn Blue, etc.

➢ Google for Not Profits (Optimization of AD Words Grant & more)

  • Plan and execute digital/technology-based marketing/fundraising Email campaigns (Part of Idea to Implementation using existing and new digital assets/avenues) to acquire & retain donors.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the website and other online assets through SEO (On-page/Off-page – Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.), marketing and communications, including in-house E-mail campaigns.
  • Lead to execute/initiate integrated campaigns (Social Media Lead Gen, WhatsApp, SMS, Online) both Inbound and Outbound to generate direct and indirect revenue streams.
  • Support Media Planning & Buying – Digital (FB Ads, Insta ADS, YouTube, OTT, Google Ads, etc.)
    Track, Measure and Report on key performance indicators. (SEO, Google Analytics 4, FB Pixel/Analytics, GTM, etc.)
  • Content Creation – Design Compelling Digital Content (Posts, Blogs, ADS, PDFs, Email templates, etc.) by liaising with HelpAge India’s departments and field partners.
  • Responsible for facilitating existing partners by providing Landing pages, ad copy, short videos, infographics, etc.
  • Monitoring of market trends, competitions, new technologies & trends in the digital/charity/non-profit space.
  • Strictly follow the organizational work plan and individual activity plan and proactively contribute to the achievement of the strategic directions of the organization; ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness of the deliverables.
  • Uphold the mission/vision and values of HelpAge India demonstrating the behaviours and competencies as appropriate for the position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Communications stream
  • Qualification in Digital marketing will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE:

  • Should have 2 to 4 years of working experience in a similar stream.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing communication especially in Digital Communications related activities.
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi to enhance independent content and design abilities.
    Copywriting, Designing and knowledge of Word press, Email Campaign Systems (MailChimp, SendIn Blue, etc.), Facebook, YouTube & Instagram, (Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Mac environments).
  • Experienced in creating and upgrading mobile-friendly email templates/short videos and images using graphics, personalization & other advanced features/tools.
  • A good understanding of customer relationship management in order to increase supporter conversion, engagement, retention and related database tools.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with subscribers via email to minimize unsubscribes
  • Experience in developing and managing content, especially for social media and e-mail audiences. (knowledge of Word press, Canva, Adobe Suites, Email Campaign Systems, Facebook, YouTube LinkedIn, Quora & Instagram, etc.)
  • Understanding of website development, hosting, wordpress integrations/plugins and management.
  • Self-motivated, flexible & experienced to manage/multi-task effectively with clear deadlines.
  • Critical thinking capacity with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in technical SEO, off-page, website structure/architecture and Keyword Optimizations.
  • Data and analytical skills around email marketing, retention, Hotjar, GA4, campaign performance.
  • Strong commitment to team-working, ideation, collaboration, consensus building and negotiation.
  • Sensitivity towards Eldercare, related health risks and rights.
  • Understanding in marketing automation technology.

DESIRABLE QUALITIES/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Prior experience working in fundraising operations or not-for-profits in digital communication sphere.
  • Ability and willingness to undertake travel, primarily within India.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently.
