**Job Description:**
IPE Global seeks a Manager – Education to lead business development and project implementation within the education sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the Indian education landscape, including relevant policies (NCF, NEP, NIPUN Bharat), platforms (DIKSHA, NISHTHA), and best practices (level-based assessments, competency frameworks).
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Business Development:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities in early childhood education, school education, teacher training, institutional capacity building, and change management. Develop compelling technical proposals. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders (educational institutions, firms, government bodies).
* **Project Implementation:** Oversee the implementation of education sector projects, supervising project teams and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. Collaborate with national, state, and local government agencies, NGOs, and multilateral/bilateral institutions.
* **Technical Expertise:** Provide technical leadership and guidance on project design and implementation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and innovative approaches in education. Contribute to research and knowledge management initiatives.
* **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving set targets.
* **Partnership Development:** Negotiate and finalize partnerships and collaborations to expand IPE Global’s presence in the education sector.
* **Branding and Positioning:** Promote IPE Global through speaking engagements, publications, and participation in industry events.
**Required Skills:**
* Strong understanding of Indian education policies and programs.
* Knowledge of Teacher Professional Development, Early Childhood Education, or other relevant thematic areas.
* Expertise in best practices such as level-based assessments, competency frameworks, and cascade model trainings.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing donor-funded and government-funded programs.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in multicultural environments.
* Proficiency in proposal writing and technical writing.
* Experience with digital engaging e-learning material is a plus.
**Experience:**
6-10 years of experience in the education sector with a focus on business development and project implementation.
**Education:**
MBA/Master’s degree in economics, international development, education, or a related field.
