Rich content curation

  • Event theme formulation.
  • Writing strong concept notes.
  • Agenda building- constantly experimenting with new formats.
  • Effective interaction with industry leaders to make sure content is rich and relevant.
  • Speaker outreach
  • Research on interesting global and Indian thought leaders.
  • Invite and manage the speakers through the event.
  • Have a good mix of global and Indian thought leaders.
  • Timely communication to speakers on their engagement.
    Marketing
  • Work on conceptualizing, designing, and curating social content for the website. Keep the website updated with social streams.
  •  
  • Design the content for e-mailers, maintain a tracker and timely send out mailers to our databases.
  • Draw up post-event analytics report.
  • Focus on market research and incorporate customer feedback into the overall positioning strategy.
    Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
  • Experience in organizing B2B industry events.
  • Extremely strong writing and content skills
  • Ability to leverage technology for effective communication to all stakeholders.
  • Very strong communication skills, critical thinking and analytical ability.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Knowledge and ability to leverage social media through effective use of Blogs, Facebook, Twitter,
