**Job Summary:**

 

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Manager – Events Fundraising to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing donor relationships with Affluent Donors/HNIs/UHNIs, promoting retention and loyalty. You will also play a key role in organizing fundraising events for Bhumi that attract participation from both corporate and individual donors.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* Develop and implement strategies to cultivate, retain, and engage affluent donors.

* Build strong relationships with HNIs and UHNIs through personalized communication and outreach.

* Identify potential corporate sponsors and partners for fundraising events.

* Plan, organize, and execute successful fundraising events, ensuring optimal participant engagement and financial outcomes.

* Manage event budgets and track progress against financial goals.

* Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.

* Prepare and submit donor reports as required.

* Stay abreast of fundraising trends and best practices in the non-profit sector.

* Collaborate effectively with the Fundraising Team and other departments to achieve organizational goals.

 

**Required Qualifications:**

 

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications).

* 3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relationship management, or event management.

* Proven track record of successfully cultivating and retaining affluent donors.

* Strong organizational and project management skills.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Passion for Bhumi’s mission and a commitment to social impact.

 

**Desired Skills:**

 

* Experience with fundraising software and donor databases.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Creative and innovative approach to fundraising.
