**Job Description: Manager, Fellowship Impact**  

**Location:** Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad

Teach For India is a mission-driven organization dedicated to ending educational inequity in India. With over 5000+ Alumni and ~1000 Fellows, the organization impacts the lives of low-income children across the country. Teach For India has achieved a 95% pass rate for its students in the 10th grade board exams as of November 2024. The organization is embarking on Phase 4, aiming to grow 50,000 leaders over the next decade to transform the lives of 1 in 10 low-income children.

 

**Position Summary:**  

The Manager, Fellowship Impact will report directly to the Director, Strategy and Impact and collaborate with the Training and Impact team. This role is part of the Strategy and Impact team, which serves as the internal consulting arm for the organization, focusing on strategy, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and internal consulting projects.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Analyze and report students’ learning outcomes and Fellows’ inputs to understand short-term and long-term impact.  

– Facilitate learning loops with key stakeholders to enhance understanding of impact, drive data-driven goals, and inform program improvements.  

– Design tools and systems for ongoing M&E throughout the academic year.  

– Collaborate with Technology and Training & Impact teams to digitize M&E processes related to the Fellowship program.  

– Predict and analyze the strength of the program across multiple variables and contexts.  

– Support organizational areas such as Recruitment, Selection, Fundraising, Volunteering, and Movement Building.  

 

**Qualifications:**  

– **Minimum Requirements:** Graduate with 2-4 years of experience. Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English. Strong project and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, nested functions). Data visualization skills using MS PowerPoint/Google Slides. Basic understanding of statistical concepts involved in survey design and data analysis.  

– **Mindsets:** Belief in educational equity, result-driven approach, adaptability, and composure under pressure.  

 

**Preferred Qualifications:**  

– Deep understanding of Teach For India’s program and Theory of Change. Prior engagement with Teach For India as a Fellow or Staff member is preferred.
