**Job Description:**
ISDM seeks a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Financial Analyst to join its dynamic team. This pivotal role will involve conducting comprehensive financial analysis, identifying key trends, and providing strategic insights to inform effective decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and prepare insightful reports.
* Develop and maintain robust financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
* Monitor expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and maximizing impact.
* Gather, organize, and maintain accurate financial data from diverse sources.
* Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
* Develop financial models for scenario analysis and planning.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ISDM leadership.
* Integrate financial information into the broader social development context.
**Experience and Qualifications Required:**
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
* Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a financial analyst, with a focus on business growth or related roles and a demonstrated passion for the development sector.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations within the social sector.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on social impact metrics.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and other analytical tools.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
