## Job Description: Manager, Fundraising

**About the Team:**

 

The Partnerships Team at The/Nudge is responsible for attracting, nurturing, and growing support from various donor segments, including corporates, foundations, and individuals.

 

**Job Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

 

**Job Type:** Full-time

 

**Experience Required:** 7-9 years of work experience in supporting B2B sales, business development, or fundraising, preferably in an early-stage organization.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Conduct research and identify prospective donors (foundations globally and corporates in India) whose priorities align with The/Nudge’s work.

* Collaborate with program teams to create compelling proposals and pitch decks that effectively communicate our work and impact.

* Perform due diligence on prospective donors and their teams.

* Track working capital deficits across The/Nudge’s three impact streams and prepare donor-ready budgets.

* Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor the donor pipeline.

* Stay informed about best practices in the fundraising ecosystem.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Strong desire to contribute to the social sector.

* Proven track record of exceeding expectations in a similar role.

* Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Strong research orientation, particularly in B2B sales and business development.

* Excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Exceptional communication (written and oral), presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Proficient in MS Office suite and Google Slides.
