The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build dignified and resilient livelihoods for all.  We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

  • Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): to make entrepreneurship a sustainable source of livelihood to enable urban households to come out of poverty
  • Centre for Rural Development (CRD): to enable families to come out of extreme poverty
  • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): to enable a thriving livelihoods ecosystem in India

At The/Nudge you will:

  • develop a good understanding of various programs at The/Nudge and the role of government
  • identify and scope opportunities across relevant ministries, agencies at the Centre and State level for The/Nudge to meaningfully partner with
  • support in the execution of the go-to-market plan on government partnerships including opening doors within government (ministries, state and agencies)
  • serve as a liaison between the organization and government stakeholders, advocating for policies and programs that support shared objectives on livelihoods, poverty alleviation and ecosystem building.  
  • lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements with government entities, ensuring alignment with T/NI’s objectives and capabilities

What does success look like for this role?

  • scoping and qualification of opportunities for meaningful partnerships with the government
  • ownership and execution of engagement metrics with ministries and bureaucrats at the Centre and State level

Apply if you have:

  • a strong intent to work in the social sector
  • exude an entrepreneurial spirit with high agility, ownership and results orientation
  • are intellectually curious, well read and willing to learn by doing.
  • a minimum of 6-8  yrs of experience in presales with good exposure in stakeholder management.
  • a high attention to detail and is proficient with MS office suite
  • are willing to travel within India
