**Position:** Manager – Growth and Engagements
**Location:** Ahmedabad, Delhi
**Salary:** INR 9–12 LPA (commensurate with experience and expertise)

**Role Summary:**
We are hiring a Manager – Growth and Engagements to lead client acquisition, ecosystem outreach, and user engagement for our digital platforms. This role combines strategic partnerships, user onboarding, and product-driven business development to scale our impact footprint across India.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with CSR teams, foundations, and ecosystem networks.
– Pitch ImpactBox platforms and offerings to potential clients and collaborators.
– Lead proposals, pricing discussions, MoUs, and onboarding conversations with partners.
– Manage relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
– Coordinate internal teams (content, tech, analytics) to fulfill client needs and track performance of client accounts.
– Curate and lead campaigns to drive platform visibility, registrations, and usage across stakeholders.
– Attend CSR events, webinars, conferences, and sector forums.
– Foster alliances with sector influencers, incubators, and CSR consultants.
– Monitor engagement data and trends to optimize outreach and user journeys.
– Contribute to the product roadmap by bringing client feedback and market insights.
– Prepare dashboards, pitch decks, and review presentations for internal and external use.
**Qualifications:**
– Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
– Minimum 4–5 years of experience in CSR consulting, partnerships, ecosystem development, or B2B SaaS/social-tech sales.
– Proven track record in business development, client servicing, and stakeholder engagement.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, digital outreach tools, and reporting dashboards.
