## Job Description: Manager – Growth and Partnerships

**Job Location:** Delhi, India
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute growth strategies for Haqdarshak’s partnerships and outreach initiatives.
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners from various sectors (government, NGOs, technology companies, etc.).
* Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Haqdarshak’s objectives and goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
* Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Develop and implement marketing and communication plans to promote Haqdarshak’s partnerships.
* Track and measure the impact of partnership initiatives, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
* Lead a team of partnership professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of proven experience in a growth and partnerships role, preferably in the social sector or a related field.
* Strong understanding of partnership development and management principles.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for social impact and a desire to make a positive difference in the world.
