## Manager – Growth and Partnerships

**About the Role:**
We are looking for a passionate and driven Manager – Growth and Partnerships to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive user growth and expand Haqdarshak’s reach.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Identify and evaluate potential partnerships:** Research and analyze potential partners across various sectors, including government agencies, NGOs, technology companies, and other relevant organizations.
* **Develop and negotiate partnership agreements:** Structure and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with Haqdarshak’s strategic goals.
* **Manage existing partnerships:** Build strong relationships with partners, monitor performance, and ensure successful implementation of joint initiatives.
* **Develop and execute growth strategies:** Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new users through partnerships.
* **Track and analyze partnership performance:** Monitor key metrics, analyze data, and report on the impact of partnerships on user growth and business outcomes.
* **Stay abreast of industry trends:** Keep up-to-date on the latest trends in the social sector, technology, and partnership development.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Proven track record of success in business development, partnerships, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of the social sector and the challenges faced by marginalized communities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Work).
