Your Challenge:

At CRY, you’ll be using your professional skills and experience to help restore to underprivileged Indian children their basic rights to – survival, development, protection and participation. CRY has a holistic approach to development based on the child rights framework with community empowerment as a key ingredient. CRY also places strong emphasis on networking with other NGOs and advocacy efforts to influence macro policies for children.

The Role:

You will be the face of Human Resources in the region. Your responsibilities include Talent Acquisition for the Region, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Documentation and updation of data and employee records. You will also assist in maintenance of training records and feedback, provide support for Talent Acquisition for other regions when necessary and help in coordination for HR workshops in the region. You will also support the Talent Management process in the region. Provide HR support to the region in line with business requirements and HR functional strategy. Ensure HR strategy, policies and systems are implemented in the region. Organize culture building and workplace climate improvement and ensure resolving conflicts, regional meetings, open forums, create spaces for get-togethers etc. The position requires a lot of communication with all functions of in the region.

You::

You should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate in management specialising in HR with 6-7 years of experience in generalist HR role. Excellent communication skills and understanding of human resources issues is required. You should also have knack of building relationships with various stakeholders.
