**Job Description: Manager, Human Resources – Bengaluru**

**Experience Required:** 2-5 years of professional experience.

**Position Summary:**
Reporting to the City Director and managing an Associate, HR and Admin Officer, the Manager, Human Resources will lead the HR strategy for Bengaluru. The role involves talent acquisition, employee development, culture building, performance management, compliance, and collaboration with city-level teams to achieve organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Drive team restructuring, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
– Manage hiring processes, including external and internal candidate pipelines.
– Design onboarding plans, probationary goal sheets, and learning opportunities for staff.
– Facilitate performance evaluations and address employee relations issues.
– Foster collaboration, celebrate milestones, and support work-life harmony.
– Ensure compliance with policies and manage operational efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
– 2-5 years of professional experience in high-pressure environments.
– Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.
– Initiative and drive to contribute to organizational goals.
– Experience in teaching/education is an added advantage (not mandatory).
