**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Individual Giving Fundraising to spearhead our individual donor engagement and fundraising efforts. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth for Bhumi and amplifying our impact through strategic donor acquisition, cultivation, and retention strategies.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement a comprehensive individual giving fundraising strategy aligned with Bhumi’s strategic goals.
* Identify and cultivate new individual donors through various channels like direct mail, online platforms, events, and community outreach.
* Manage and build relationships with existing individual donors, including high-net-worth individuals and major donors.
* Develop and implement donor cultivation and stewardship plans to maximize donor retention and loyalty.
* Oversee donor database management, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
* Create compelling fundraising proposals, reports, and presentations to communicate Bhumi’s impact to potential and existing donors.
* Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective fundraising campaigns.
* Analyze fundraising data to identify trends, measure performance, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
* Stay updated on the latest best practices in individual giving fundraising.
* Manage a team of fundraising professionals, providing guidance and support.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Non-profit Management.
* 5+ years of experience in individual giving fundraising, with a proven track record of success in donor acquisition, cultivation, and retention.
* Strong understanding of fundraising principles, best practices, and strategies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors.
* Proficient in donor database management software and CRM systems.
* Experience in managing a team of fundraising professionals.
