**Job Summary:**
Bright Future is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Manager to oversee the planning, deployment, and management of all aspects of its IT infrastructure. This includes hardware, software, networking, surveillance systems, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, driving technological advancements, ensuring system reliability, and maintaining robust security standards to support the organization’s operations and growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Hardware and Software Management:** Oversee the selection, procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems; develop and implement policies for hardware usage, upgrades, and disposal; manage software licenses, compliance, and updates.
* **Networking Infrastructure:** Plan, implement, and maintain robust network solutions; troubleshoot and resolve network issues; ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks; collaborate with teams to optimize network performance and integrate new technologies.
* **Surveillance Systems and Security:** Design and manage the installation of surveillance cameras and access control systems; conduct regular audits; analyze footage; maintain data security protocols; stay updated on advancements in surveillance technology.
* **Emerging Technologies:** Research and evaluate emerging technologies (IoT, AI, cloud computing); implement pilot programs; provide recommendations for adoption.
* **Team Leadership and Vendor Management:** Lead a team of IT professionals; manage relationships with hardware, software, and service providers; oversee service contracts and negotiate favorable terms.
* **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate documentation; generate detailed reports on system performance, security audits, and technology roadmaps; provide regular updates to senior management.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including hardware, software, networking, and security systems.
* Expertise in surveillance camera systems, access control, and data security practices.
* Strong knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and cloud computing.
* Proven experience with network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
**Desired Skills and Competencies:**
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
* Ability to stay updated on technological trends and innovations.
* Certification in networking (CCNA, CCNP) or security (CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
