We seeking to hire a Manager- Learning & Development in our HR & Admin department.  

Reporting to: Director- HR & Admin

Location: Raigad, Maharashtra. 

Summary

We are looking for a seasoned L&D practitioner willing to contribute actively to Human Resource Management and help us gain a position in the Top 10 Great Places to Work

Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a proficient incumbent with the attitude to learn, network, possess strong conceptual clarity, be accountable, and be closure-oriented. The goal is to deliver maximum value to the organization through the successful implementation of interventions, impacts, and measures.

Job Description: 

  • Training needs assessments both behavioral & functional. Designing organization-wide learning strategy. To create and maintain training policies, manuals, and frameworks 
  • Training MIS & Dashboards, Publishing a training calendar across the organization
  • Should be willing to continuously follow up with all the stakeholders to get desired results.
  • Design and build efficient knowledge transfer solutions for new business opportunities
  • Creating annual Training Budgets for the organization. 
  • Stand-up delivery for Leadership, and Behavioral Programs across all levels. 
  • Introducing innovative learning processes and training measurement methodologies 
  • Develop and implement a continuous feedback mechanism. 
  • Handhold employees and Supervisors to implement the learnings.
  • Should be able to work in the 360 models.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions 

OD Role: 

  • Leadership development and managerial capability building interventions 
  • Plan interventions related to varied business HR processes (engagement, attrition, onboarding, reviews, specific to functions & workgroups) 
  • Managing Succession Planning for levels across, the organization 
  • Responsible for creating career development programs across levels 
  • Responsible for conducting assessment centers for employees across mid-management

Desired Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar role. Having worked in the development sector will be an additional advantage.
  • Open to any industry 
  • Understanding of general human resources processes, Learning & Development, Training, Project
  • Management, Execution Rigor with Quality, Time sensitivity & Service Delivery 
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and HRIS systems will be a plus 
  • Excellent communication and people skills. 
  • Design thinking & solution-oriented approach 
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
  • Knowledge of Marathi (verbal and written) language preferred.
  • Willing to travel to Raigad and Nashik.
  • Degree in HR or Training or relevant field.
