**Job Description: Manager – Learning & Development**  

**Location:** Chennai, India  

 

**Company Information:** Bhumi (NGO/Social Services)  

 

**Experience Required:** 5+ years in NGOs or volunteer organizations.  

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Design and deliver training programs aligned with organizational objectives.  

– Work closely with leaders to understand program verticals and training needs.  

– Utilize diverse training techniques, including e-learning and coaching.  

– Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and analyze its impact on engagement and retention.  

– Coordinate the Learning & Development calendar and curate blended learning solutions.  

– Negotiate contracts with third-party training providers and manage budgets.  

– Provide coaching expertise and support employees/volunteers.  

– Lead the design, development, and implementation of leadership programs.  

 

**Preferred Qualifications:**  

– Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship in relevant fields (e.g., organizational psychology).  

– Experience in coaching, professional training, or L&D.  

 

**Key Skills & Abilities:**  

– Program design and delivery.  

– Data analysis for decision-making.  

– Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.  

– Familiarity with e-learning platforms.  

 

**Salary Range:** Rs.7 – 10 lakhs per annum (negotiable based on profile).
