**Position:** Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation

**Position Summary:**
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fellowship Selection, this role oversees Monitoring and Evaluation for the Fellowship Selection process. It involves strategy development, ensuring model fidelity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Strategy & Vision (10%):** Develop a monitoring and evaluation strategy for the selection process.
– **Oversight of Model Implementation (30%):** Ensure accurate and efficient execution of the selection model through audits and analysis.
– **Execution of Selection Process (60%):** Review applications, conduct interviews, manage assessment centers, and collaborate with teams to achieve goals.
**Qualifications:**
– **Minimum Requirements:** Graduate degree with 3+ years of work experience in data analytics. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, critical thinking, and project management experience.
– **Preferred Qualifications:** End-to-end project management experience is beneficial.
