**Job Description: Manager – Partnership & Corporate Communication**

**Position:**
Manager – Partnership & Corporate Communication (1 position)
**Reports To:**
Team Lead
**Salary Range:**
Competitive, commensurate with experience
**Duration:**
Till September 2026
**Qualifications Required:**
– Advanced university degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations from reputed institutions like IIMC, SIMC, MICA, Amity School of Communication, Xavier Institute of Communication.
**Experience Required:**
– Five years of relevant experience in communication, new media, and partnerships with government departments at national or state levels.
– Demonstrated ability to engage with key stakeholders including Government departments, corporates, academic institutes, and local communities.
– Experience in content generation for social media and websites for government projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Partnership Management:**
– Strengthen strategic partnerships with government departments, corporates, academic institutions, and local communities.
– Identify new partnership opportunities, particularly with corporates, to support livelihoods planning for ultra-poor households.
– Develop and implement partnership agreements aligned with project goals.
2. **Corporate Communication:**
– Support the development and execution of corporate communication strategies to onboard corporates and donors.
– Create compelling content (presentations, newsletters, press releases, social media posts) to showcase project achievements.
– Oversee field documentation, including filming, sound recording, and photography of human-interest stories.
3. **Collaboration & Reporting:**
– Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to align communications with project objectives.
– Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless knowledge flow for donor reporting.
4. **Representation & Fieldwork:**
– Represent the organization at external meetings, forums, and conferences.
– Conduct field visits and support documentation of best practices and human-interest stories.
**Skills and Competencies:**
– Strong communication skills, including academic writing and partnership development.
– Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
