Job Description
- Identifying suitable Vendors for various Capital Goods to be procured, e.g. IT Equipment/Peripherals, Solar Panels, RO, Ambulance, School furniture etc.
- New Vendors’ development
- Inviting quotations from Vendors, after receipt of requisition
- Explore other options in case of “Sole Vendor Proposal”
- Scrutiny of quotations
- Negotiation and re-negotiation with Vendors for costs & payments
- Sharing of Quotation Comparative Sheets and Vendor Registration, with Program Team
- Coordination with selected Vendor for supplies / documents etc.
- Follow-up with Vendors for any support required by the User Dept.
- Tracking of PO & Invoices and submitting copies to Admin Dept.
- Management of Assets Registers
- Disposal of Scrap Items
Minimum Experience:
- 5 to 10 years, preferably in School Administration
