ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure co- creation of research design and operationalization in collaboration with project teams.

• Design research and evaluation with technical rigour.

• Developing, concept notes, RfPs and procuring external agencies

• Analyze data and generate quality reports for disseminations and publication

• Develop synopsis for various domain specific studies via literature and desk review

• Develop tools, questionnaires, survey forms in digital

• Design research and evaluation framework for field operations

• Synthesize and disseminate organizational learning based on study findings.

• Perform secondary data analysis on thematic of school education, scholarship, livelihood and urban poverty.
