**Job Description: Manager – Research and Insights**
**Location:** Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Salary:** INR 9.00 LPA – 12.00 LPA (Depending on relevant experience)
**About the Position:**
The Manager – Research and Insights will play a pivotal role in driving research and insights across the CSRBOX Group. This role involves conducting in-depth research on emerging areas of social impact, including climate change, technology, and sustainable development, to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. The incumbent will also lead a team of Research Associates and fulfill on-demand research requirements for the organization and its clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in the social impact sector.
– Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities for the CSRBOX Group.
– Lead and manage research projects for clients, including needs assessments, impact evaluations, and market research.
– Develop research methodologies, collect and analyze data, and prepare comprehensive research reports.
– Mentor and lead a team of Research Associates, ensuring timely project delivery and fostering a collaborative environment.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and present research findings effectively.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
– Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
– At least 4 years of experience in research, data analysis, and report writing.
– Strong academic record (minimum 60% throughout).
– Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R).
– Experience in leading teams is preferred.
