**Job Title:** Manager Retention

**Experience Required:**
Minimum of 7-9 years in donor retention, fundraising, or relationship management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement strategies for donor retention across segments (HNI, Mid-Value, Standard Donors).
2. Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing training and performance reviews.
3. Oversee donor database management using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and analysis.
4. Collaborate on digital campaigns and lead conversions, conducting audits for quality engagement.
5. Handle donor communication, feedback, and grievances; manage donation confirmations.
6. Participate in fundraising events to build relationships and explore external partnerships.
**Education:**
Graduate in any discipline; preference for a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Non-Profit Management.
