**Job Description: Manager Retention**

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Donor Retention & Acquisition Strategy: Lead donor retention across segments (HNI, Mid-Value, Standard). Develop and implement strategic plans for donor retention and acquisition. Ensure personalized communication to improve engagement.
2. Team Leadership & Development: Build, manage, and train a high-performing team. Conduct training sessions and monitor performance through reports.
3. Donor Database & CRM Management: Oversee PAN India donor database using CRM tools. Track donor behavior for informed decision-making.
4. Digital Campaigns & Lead Conversion: Collaborate with the digital team for campaigns. Manage lead funnels, conduct audits, and drive conversions.
5. Donor Communication & Services: Handle feedback and queries. Send regular appeals and thank-you emails. Coordinate with backend teams for donations.
6. Events & External Collaborations: Represent the organization at fundraising events. Generate leads and explore partnerships.
**Eligibility:**
– Education: Graduate in any discipline; Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Non-Profit Management preferred.
– Experience: Minimum 7-9 years in donor retention, fundraising, or relationship management. Prior non-profit sector experience desirable.
– Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, strategic thinking, CRM proficiency, and ability to handle HNI donors.
