**Role Summary:**
The Manager will oversee the Safe Water program across multiple states in India, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves strategic planning, operational excellence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead the implementation of the Safe Water program, focusing on process improvement and vendor management.
– Monitor program performance and manage supply chain operations efficiently.
– Conduct field visits to ensure compliance and support state-level teams.
– Collaborate with government bodies like Jal Jeevan Mission to align program activities with national goals.
**Qualifications:**
– Graduate degree in Engineering, Management, or relevant certification (MSW/ODEL preferred).
– Proven experience in process improvement and large-scale program management.
– Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English.
– Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
