**Job Title:** Manager, Safe Water Operations

**About the Company:**
EAII Advisors is Evidence Action’s technical partner in India, supporting public health programs such as the National Deworming Day program and iron and folic acid supplementation across 10 states. The company aims to expand its impact by collaborating with state governments on existing and new health, water, and nutrition initiatives.
**Role Overview:**
The Manager, Safe Water Operations will oversee the implementation of the Safe Water program across multiple states in India. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role involves strategic planning, operational excellence, and scaling efforts aligned with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include leading process improvement, managing vendor relationships, overseeing supply chain operations, conducting field visits, and collaborating with government bodies and partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead strategic planning and execution of the Safe Water program across multiple states.
– Drive process improvement and operational excellence by evaluating practices and optimizing processes.
– Oversee program performance monitoring and ensure compliance with quality standards.
– Manage state teams for deployment, installation, and maintenance of water treatment devices.
– Coordinate procurement, supply chain management, and vendor relations.
– Provide leadership in scaling program operations while maintaining quality.
– Regularly report to senior management on progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
– Collaborate with government bodies and external partners to align with national policies like the Jal Jeevan Mission.
**Qualifications:**
– Graduate degree in Engineering, Management, or relevant field; master’s preferred.
– Proven experience in process improvement, strategic planning, and cross-functional team management.
– Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
– Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
– Familiarity with government programs such as Jal Jeevan Mission.
