Key Job Areas
New School and Government Partnership Expansion
● Create quarterly, monthly and weekly implementation plans for the team based on goals set in the strategy
● Manage the creation of a pipeline of schools for the TAP program
● Support the team in understanding the key decision-maker persona and requirement to pitch the appropriate solution matching their need
● Support the team in conducting product demos and program discussions with the decision maker
● Ensure team negotiates MoU and closes agreements to maximize win-win for successful partnerships to TAP school’s mission and handover to Operations team
● Maintain strong industry knowledge including but not limited to competitive offerings and customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parents, Students)
● Engage with Government stakeholders (DEOs, Dy. DEOs, Mentor teachers, etc.) to enable the setting up of formal partnerships with state or district Government bodies to onboard a group of Government schools together
Existing School and Government Partnership Management
● Visit schools at regular intervals to manage relationships with school leaders, observe classrooms and share reports of the program
● Monitor action plan for retention of partner schools
● Ensure timely reporting of program execution outputs and outcomes to the school periodically
● Track and review client data, reports on progress, impact and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or training
● Ensure alignment with Operations team in the plan and execution logistics for various TAP events like hackathons, induction, meet-ups, etc.
● Monitor the follow-up with school PoCs to track revenue through accountability fees (wherever applicable)
● Monitor surveys and feedback forms sent to school leaders by the team
Standardization and Automation
● Research and learn from best practices to improve the overall vertical
● Strategizing on approaches for better execution of the program to improve on the operational excellence goals and be better equipped for a larger outreach
● Focus on leveraging technology as an enabler to streamline and simplify processes and automate them wherever possible
● Ensure that the team is focused on documenting, following and enhancing standard operating procedures
● Create an easily replicable and scalable model of operations to enable a better solution toward TAP’s vision
Team Management
● Support and coach the Team Leads to enable their development
● Track the performance of the Team Leads and provide timely feedback for development and suitable recognition for motivation
● Enable a healthy, collaborative and outcome-focused environment in the team
● Contribute towards the positive work culture of the organization
● Be an ambassador for TAP in any external forums
Qualifications & Experience
● Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
● 3+ years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably in managing Government partnerships
● Worked with children and varied teams
● Managed relationships with multiple stakeholders

● Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
