Job Opportunity for Manager/Senior Manager – Digital Campaigns and Operations at The Nudge Institute in Bengaluru

At The/Nudge you will:

• manage end to end digital campaigns (paid and organic),starting from creating campaign briefs, to vendor selection, monitoring, course correcting, optimizing and performance reporting 
• thought partner with product teams and provide them the platform and the process for email marketing. You will be presenting the email marketing dashboard to the marketing head
• leverage CRM to deliver campaigns and be responsible for its data integrity and security 
• manage and optimize customer facing digital assets owned by the organization (like the website) through appointed vendors
• manage the tools used for data analytics & insights and leverage them in supporting social media managers for channel growth
• ensure quality of content and branding adherence on all digital assets and campaigns

Apply if you have:

• at least 7-12  years of work experience
• a graduate / postgraduate degree in any discipline (a postgraduate degree in marketing is preferred)
• hands-on experience of running multi-pronged digital campaigns 
• excellent analytical and project management skills
• a history of exceeding expectations and are a target-driven high-performer
• a strong desire to make a difference by working in the not-for-profit sector
