**Job Title:** Manager / Senior Manager Finance

**Experience Required:** Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Government sector experience is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
– Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
– Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with corporate governance and legal requirements.
– Advise on cost optimization strategies, cash flow management, and risk management.
– Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and performance reviews.
– Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and support strategic initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
– Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, IFRS, tax laws, and financial regulations.
– Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
– Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
– In-depth knowledge of tax planning and compliance, including GST and direct taxes.
– Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
