Job Opportunity for Manager/ Senior Manager; Speaker Engagement at The Nudge Institute in Bengaluru

At The/Nudge you will work on the below aspects:

• Program Execution: Work closely with the Program Head to coordinate and implement activities based on program objectives, goals and success metrics.
• Relationship Management: Lead and manage end-to-end participant relationships and journeys from inducting, briefing, engaging and supporting before, during and post completion of programs.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate with participants and venue or event hosts / event managers / facilitators, etc. to ensure required infrastructure, such as specific AV needs, accommodation and/or logistics, etc. are arranged for and made available.
• Media Coordination: Managing and coordinating with The/Nudge PR/marketing teams for media interactions between participants and media before, during and after programs as required.

• 5-7 years of experience in event management, operations and/or guest relations
• Proven work experience as a relationship/key account manager in hospitality, event management, retail banking, etc.
• Passionate about relationship management and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the program
• Enjoy interacting and coordinating with teams, volunteers and vendors
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Comfortable with some degree of ambiguity in the absence of perfect information
• Comfortable with nonprofit sector salaries
