About The/Nudge:

The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all.  We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

  • Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): exists to enable underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
  • Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to enable families to come out of extreme poverty
  • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to nudge top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

At The/Nudge you will:

  • conduct research, analyze reports, perform data analysis, synthesize clear takeaways from complex information
  • develop executive presentations, and management reports, and communicate with internal leadership and external stakeholders including advisory groups and board members in a structured manner
  • drive monthly, quarterly and annual planning of initiatives in alignment with key stakeholders
  • manage projects involving cross-functional teams to bring clarity and alignment of objectives leading to delivery of goals
  • improve processes across project planning, project reviews, fund allocation and management, data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • lead special strategic initiatives focused on mid to long-term goals, both internal and external
    advise the CSI leadership team in making critical decisions

Apply if you have:

  • graduate, post-graduate degrees
  • 7 to 10 years of work experience preferably in management consulting
  • positive and can-do attitude, hunger to learn, and a growth mindset
  • comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • strong analytical and critical thinking skills and are highly proficient in Google sheets, docs, and slides
  • strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • the ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment
  • a strong desire to make a difference and are comfortable with non-profit sector salaries
