Job Description
This is a remote position.
Workplace Giving at Give:
Over the last 20 years, Give has partnered with hundreds of companies – from large ones like ICICI, HDFC, TCS, Google, Microsoft, KPMG, Coca-Cola to new age start-ups like Flipkart, Ola, Myntra and others – to shape the employee giving narrative across India.. We work with over 1 Lac employees across 100+ corporates every year, to facilitate 30+ crores of annual giving, to the causes and trust-worthy non-profits of their choice. During the Pandemic, we expanded our reach to work with several global organizations like Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Barclays, Genpact and others to channelise employee giving of over 125 Cr.

To make this vision a reality, we are looking for a socially-conscious hands-on leader to build, manage and scale our “Workplace Giving” portfolio.
Role
We are looking for a strong entrepreneurial leader who brings research mindset, creative campaign development zeal, B2B business development expertise and a consulting mindset to build and lead Workplace Giving at Give.
As Manager/SM – Workplace Giving at Give you would:
- Liaison with the head of business to create and execute on a bold vision to make Give the employee giving partner of choice for all Corporates
- Have complete hands-on accountability for growth, financial sustainability and quality of execution.
- Complete ownership of business metrics for Pan India (GDV, New Partner launches, donor engagement, new sign ups, renewals etc).
- Serve as a public champion for our employee giving cause and establish our credibility as a platform
- Manage existing corporate partnerships, and ensure deeper engagement through marketing campaigns
- Continuously explore the sector and maintain an active pipeline of corporates or platforms to partner with (India as well as global) for causes and value propositions that are aligned with their preferences
- Lead and manage a team that owns day to day execution of donor pipeline and relationships, deal closure, service delivery, tech platform execution and operations
Profile:
- Sales/BD fundraising professionals with a track record of meeting targets/goals
- Strategic in approach with a very high bias for action. Executes effectively and efficiently, with natural comfort to be hands-on and with the willingness to jump in and do what is needed.
- Strong passion and intent for social impact
- Comfortable with a target driven, performance driven environment that can often demand stretch hours.
- Ambitious, with a history of consistently exceeding expectations and steep career growth curve
- Total experience of 6-10+ yrs with a track record of interacting and selling to senior stakeholders in corporates
- High comfort with services, as well as SaaS platform based delivery for institutional clients
