Job Details/ Criteria

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:

• Manage the startup co-creation Program: primary in health-tech
• Identify, curate and get on CoE platform the relevant startups in IoT, AI, Robotics areas and curate them for industry (innovation adopter) partners.
• Develop, execute and own the outbound founder scouting strategy in CoE.
• Coordinating with the CoE’s team to establish relationships with key stakeholders.
• Build and engage with the founder community in CoE to activate our ecosystem network and drive top-of-funnel growth based on use cases received
• Serve as the primary point of contact, collaborating and liaising with the co-creation curation team to improve and enhance our processes.
• Screen and evaluate founder applications, ensuring a thorough assessment of each applicant.
• Engage with startups and founders through the onboarding process, addressing their inquiries and concerns to ensure a smooth transition.
• Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary tweaks to our strategy and processes.
• Engage with KITS/Karnataka for startup activities and events
• Help in driving the CoE messaging via different channels like website, social media etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

• Engineering degree from reputable institute in biotech, medtech, MBA would be preferred
• 7-15 years of experience with at least 2 year in innovation ecosystem.  
• Connect with local ecosystem, industry and government authorities is useful
• Experience in customer interaction is necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, maturity to interact with top leadership are necessary attributes
• Self driven, eager to take responsibilities
• Must have cultivated a vibrant network of potential founders and key players that span different regions and sectors in India. 
• Demonstrated interest in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and working autonomously to achieve goals.
