**About EAII Advisors:**
EAII Advisors supports the implementation of public health programs across 11 Indian states, providing technical assistance to state ministries. **About the Role:**
The Manager – Talent Management & HR Projects plays a crucial role in executing EAII Advisors’ people strategy. This position will design and implement talent management processes and drive HR projects to enhance employee engagement and performance. The role requires a dynamic HR professional with strong project management skills and a passion for talent development. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple competing priorities and wearing different hats as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Recruitment:** Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-priority roles, collaborating with hiring managers, managing the candidate lifecycle, and overseeing recruitment tools and technologies.
* **HR Projects & Initiatives:** Develop and execute strategic HR projects aligned with EAII’s growth goals, including process revamps and the rollout of talent development and succession planning initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and improve employee experience. Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
* **Employee Development & Engagement:** Design and manage employee development programs, including training and career development initiatives. Lead the design and implementation of succession planning. Identify training needs, manage the L&D budget, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
* **HR Process Improvement:** Conduct HR process audits (recruitment, onboarding, L&D, HR law compliance, documentation, etc.), identify and implement HR metrics, and proactively propose people-related efficiencies and improvements.
* **Other:** Drive other priority areas within the P&C team as needed.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5-7 years of experience in HR, focusing on talent management, recruitment, and managing end-to-end HR projects.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
* Experience with HRIS systems, recruitment platforms, and other HR technologies.
