**About the Team:**
The People & Culture team at The/Nudge plays a crucial role in acquiring and developing the talent necessary to achieve organizational objectives. This is a unique opportunity to build the People & Culture function within a rapidly growing organization tackling significant challenges in India.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Identify talent requirements for various teams, developing a deep understanding of ideal candidate profiles.
* Identify and utilize diverse sourcing strategies to attract high-potential talent.
* Implement The/Nudge’s hiring principles and processes, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle (application tracking, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, etc.) for assigned roles.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to the development and optimization of efficient and effective hiring processes.
* Lead and manage critical projects to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
* Lead and manage recruiters.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
* 8-10 years of experience in front-end/client-facing roles within talent acquisition.
* Passion for attracting and developing exceptional talent within an organization.
* Strong outcome orientation and ability to deliver results within deadlines.
* Creative problem-solving skills to optimize processes and enhance candidate experience.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
