Role – Manager/ Senior Manager – Trainings

Location – Vijayawada/Visakhapatnam flexible to work both locations

Key Responsibilities

• Create training framework based on the deliverables of the project.

• Train State & District Resource Groups, Master Trainers, DIET faculty on life skills

• Develop tools and conduct training needs assessment for capacity building

• Conceptualize, and develop various training modules & resources/ capacity building materials

• Develop frameworks to capture training feedbacks

• Facilitate the delivery of the training modules to the various stakeholders

• Conduct periodic evaluations on the quality & effectiveness of the trainings

• Periodic revision of the developed training and assessment resources based on the feedback

• Conduct/organize capacity building sessions for the training team at a PAN India level

Desired Competencies

• Knowledge of child development, youth development and community programmes

• Deep knowledge about the adult learning & participatory training methodology

• Excellent research skills

• Excellent English writing skills

• Excellent verbal English and local language skills

• Good written knowledge of local language

• Experience of module/ curriculum development

• Event management skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Proficient in report writing

• Functional knowledge of data collection & analysis

Mobility requirements

• Travel would be required in line with the requirements of the projects in to different project locations as well as for representing Magic Bus on various platforms if required from time to time.

Qualification and Experience

• Master’s degree in any social science/ English/ Psychology from reputed institution / university

• Familiar with social issues like education, child rights, life skills, gender, community engagement

• Experience of working in domains related to children and with school system

• 8-10 years of experience in conducting training /workshops for various stakeholders- children, teacher, govt. stakeholders

• Experience of conceptualizing and designing training content

• Experience in report writing

• Data management & analysis experience.
