Warehousing is a key focus area at our organisation and requires a proactive and dynamic approach. The candidate must be dedicated and sincere towards her/his work and should always be open to learning new things. The candidate must have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will handle the organisation’s warehousing operations. S/he will also be responsible for operating and maintaining all IT and MIS systems linked to the warehouse. S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India.

  • You have a good knowledge of import and export, customs, and freight.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure timely and efficient warehousing operations.
  • Oversee warehouse operations to exceed goals for productivity, workflow, product availability, and accuracy.
  • Ensure that inventory is received, stored, and dispatched in an efficient and economical manner and in compliance with the organization’s policies.
  • Plan and schedule all inventory activities including physical counting, inventory transactions, auditing, and reporting.
  • Review, monitor, and maintain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and documentation.
    Monitor and reduce damages and shrinkage.
  • Analyze data and ensure timely reporting.
  • Develop new policies, procedures, and methods to improve operational efficiency.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise the warehouse staff.
  • Operate and maintain the IT and warehouse management systems.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery.
  • Timely closure of complaints from internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain.
  • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and forecasting skills.
  • Superior team management and decision-making abilities.
  • Highest levels of ethics and integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; Internet; IT/MIS Systems)
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
