Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing Clients and Projects
  • Builds strong and trusted relationships with clients and/or business partners.
  • Demonstrates expertise relating to our core service areas of audits/due diligence, management system development & implementation etc.
  • Distils complexity from detail to effectively coach colleagues to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills and oversight through the project lifecycle, including scoping, budget and delivery.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, excellent writing and presentation skills, and a mastery of impactful client communication.
  • Teamwork and Organization
  • Enhances ERM’s capability to sell and deliver EHS related services.
  • Identifies, evaluates, cultivates and manages partnerships and relationships with senior clients, external stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
  • Demonstrates strong people management skills; particularly the ability to support, coach and celebrate others in order to advance employee engagement and achieve results.
  • Supports projects in India and beyond as needed.
  • Business Development Activities
  • Supports Account Management teams in meeting sales goals.
  • Supports new business development campaigns, proposals and pitches

Education Qualification:

  • Postgraduate in Environmental Science or similar/BE in Environmental/Chemical Engineering.
  • Any relevant EHS specific certification /courses viz. ISO Auditor/NEBOSH etc. would be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of work experience in EHS management related services viz. audits, due-diligences, management system development and implementation etc.
  • Experience of working with national and international lending agencies like IFC, EBRD, DEG etc. including knowledge of IFC Performance Standards/EHS Guidelines.
  • Experience of working in neighbouring geographies like Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka will be an added advantage.
