Collaborating with women, farmers, tribals, and youth, we work on rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion through partnerships with over 15 central and state government entities. Our initiatives have reached 25 million Indians across 10 states, supported by $250M in government funding.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Represent The/Nudge’s programs to various government stakeholders.
– Develop and execute strategic goals for the Government Alliances team.
– Build and manage relationships within government networks to scale livelihood opportunities.
– Create tailored messaging for different stakeholder groups across platforms like websites and WhatsApp.
– Balance short-term results with long-term objectives.
– Collaborate with internal teams to achieve results.
– Lead a lean, high-performance team.
– Represent The/Nudge in ecosystem events as needed.
