Sattva has teams in India, USA and Denmark but we are currently working remote.

Primary Role

As a marketing and business development Analyst, you will be responsible for support with global sales outreach and various outbound marketing initiatives including writing outreach emails, designing social media posts, supporting newsletter creation, curating engagement content to be shared via emails and supporting event-related prep as required.
While every day will be different, your general responsibilities will include the following:


  • Create social media posts on Sattva’s work for external dissemination
  • Write short excerpts on projects for the Newsletter and support production efforts including design and follow-up with delivery teams.
  • Support Thought Leadership pipeline to ensure timely creation and dissemination of content across multiple channels
  • Support with any events that the team may be speaking at or co-hosting.
  • Potential opportunity to support writing blogs and articles.
  • Support production of IB podcasts and or video interviews

Business Development

  • Produce email content to ensure consistent engagement with potential clients
  • Support with post-event engagement and data tracking

Qualification and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in clearly communicating, with excellent written communication skills
  • Creative drive and skills to create and distribute engaging content. 
  • Excellent visual media content creation skills
  • Hands-on execution skills with basic content tools (Examples?)
  • Well-organized and willing to learn and grow. 
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office or Google Office Suite
  • Any experience with tools like Mailchimp is a plus


This position would require applicants to work flexible hours so as to collaborate with our global team. Hours will be defined at the start of the employment.
This position would not require applicants to work on weekends.
