Job Description

This is a remote position.

About the position:

We are looking for a competent Marketing and Communications Manager to support Intelehealth’s online and offline engagements. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the organisation’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference. You’ll be responsible for presenting our solutions in ways that will strengthen our brand as a non-profit and boost partnerships.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

Communications:

  • Develop and execute an overall communication strategy for internal as well as external audiences.
  • Create and write compelling and original content for communication & marketing materials, print and digital publications, newsletters, annual and thought leadership reports, targeted to Intelehealth stakeholders, partners and sponsors.
  • Develop & review content and editorial operations for publications and websites.
  • As and when required, contribute in the form of articles, blogs, stories, papers etc.
  • Oversee development, execution & adherence Intelehealth brand guidelines across all communication channels & collaterals.
  • Develop guidelines & processes to ensure consistent, high quality communication across platforms, channels and collaterals (on-line as well as offline).
  • Lead development & delivery of communication projects/ideas, in order to enhance brand presence amongst key stakeholders (includes media, PR agencies, government, donors etc).
  • Ensure consistent, timely and appropriate updation of the Intelehealth website and blogs.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement a plan to use all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing).
  • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely.
  • Collects data and analyses interactions and visits, and use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.​

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing and communications, journalism, public relations, or a related area

Experience:

3-5 years related work experience. Prior experience in the social sector is preferable.

Skill Sets:

  • Good knowledge of non-profit communication & marketing – to identify target audiences and creatively devise campaigns that engage, educate and motivate – together with the potential and attitude to learn.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Understanding of B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Strong skills in creative content writing, editing, proofreading and layout/design are essential
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) is preferred
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experienced with MS Office
