Wadhwani Foundation is a not-for-profit with the primary mission of accelerating economic development in emerging economies by driving large-scale job creation through entrepreneurship, innovation and skills development. The Role Context: 

This role is responsible for driving the Wadhwani Foundation brand image, positioning, credibility and recognition individually and through the team and partners (sourcing partners, consultants, technology, etc.)  The incumbent will apply strong research, collaboration and management skills and ensure world class delivery of the assigned tasks and areas of influence

The candidate will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all the marketing programs (strategic and tactical). Develop metrics to measure and trackproject and program performance, identify growth and improvement opportunities, and evaluate the value and impact of our programs. 

Responsibilities:

The Candidate should be able to leverage his/ her experience of management and working with implementation team and external vendors/agencies,  provide support to the team members and be involved in project execution with the ecosystem.

Working under the guidance of EVP LATAM, he/ she will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Create communication strategies  and define the value levers of the foundation programs by engaging with multiple stakeholders in the ecosystem and define tactical programs to position Wadhwanti Foundation as a relevant player in the SME, Startup and Education space
  • Define the program value proposition for the aspiring entrepreneurs, education institutes, partners and the education for entrepreneurship environment in Mexico.
  • Define and execute complex alliances with relevant sourcing partners and attract high profile external consultancies as partners. Understand the value drivers for each partner and define specific programs KPI´s that will result in creation of potential real ventures (per WF definition)
  • Own the Marketing activities design and delivery through collaboration with other internal cross program areas such as sourcing, content, customer success and community & platforms.
  • Define the mechanisms and measure of success in capturing the knowledge created in each  project
  • Drive strategic actions and make sure they complete in a timely manner by the respective owners and assure all these are documented, tracked and completed (to desired output)
  • Ensure the team’s day to day functioning is aligned to processes and systems so that many clients can be advanced successfully via the defined structure using the bouquet of tools, frameworks, content, expert connects, and transformation guidance provided by the program.
  • Lead and define training needs of the program team of consultants on the above, orient them on the outcomes and KRAs, shape their careers by building thought excellence

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or suitable graduate degree/ credentials in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience. A minimum of 3 in senior leadership roles
  • Experience with PM tools and  Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication in creating EXECUTIVE reports for senior leadership
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Strong Presentation and Communication skills
  • Effective organizational, stakeholder management, project management and data analysis skills
  • Drive team to meet objectives
  • Bent of mind to productize knowledge by using technology

Deliverables:

  • Executive plan per project – sourcing partner, institute performance, potential real venture progress, external mentors engagement
  • Qualified leads vs enrolments in all key programs Enrollments vs cac
  • PMO plan vs actual (time, quality, progress and experience) per program
  • External agencies priorities and Outcomes KPI baseline vs improvements per defined by, planned vs actual for the chosen vendors
  • projects to accelerate positioning of our brand
  • Program NPS

Skills & Experience:
